A model is the list you prepare to take to a laboratory: a name, exams and, if you want, requirements and notes. Reports are something else: see how to add a lab result.

Share an exam list

In Health → Exam models, tap the model’s share icon, choose how long the link lasts and send it.

Open Exam models
Save the model before sharing
Tap + to create a model. Give it a name and include at least one exam. Requirements and notes are optional. Tap Finish and wait until the model appears in the list.
Sharing uses the model already saved. Edits still unsaved on the form are not included in the link.
If you save a change after sharing, the link that is already out is no longer valid. The next share creates another address.
Choose how long the link lasts
In the list, tap the model’s share icon. The Link validity sheet opens: choose 1, 4, 12 or 24 hours. The app shows when the link expires.
Also choose what the page will show: Show exams starts on and Show requirements starts off.
Tap Share. The phone’s share sheet opens so you can send the link, for example on WhatsApp. While the link is valid, sharing again resends the same address; to end it before it expires, use Stop sharing. The page language follows the language saved on the app account.
What the other person sees
The page shows the model name and, depending on what you chose, the exams grouped by material and the requirements. Notes appear when you filled them in. The page also shows the list version, the date of the last update and how much time is left before the link expires.
The person can use Print or Download PDF to take the list to the laboratory.
When the time ends, the page shows that the link has expired. If you saved a change to the model, it says the list was updated and that a new link must be requested.

Does the other person need a CycloLab account?
No. The link opens the list in a browser. The person who shares needs to be signed in on the app; the recipient does not.
I deleted the model. Does the link disappear?
Not right away. The page keeps the copy made at the moment you shared it, until the time you chose. Deleting the model does not delete that copy.
I edited the model after sharing. What happens to the old link?
Saving makes it no longer valid, and the page says the list was updated. The next share creates another address.
The link’s time has ended.
To send the list again, tap the model’s share icon. That creates another address. The earlier one does not come back.
