In Settings → Notifications, allow them under All Notifications and choose the categories.
At the top of Home, tap the settings icon next to the bell to open Settings, then choose Notifications.
This screen includes device permission, the main notification switch and available categories.
The All Notifications row shows the permission state. If it is denied or blocked, tap that row: the app requests permission or opens system settings so you can change it. Once permission is granted, the same row becomes the main alert switch.
When you return to CycloLab, the screen refreshes the permission state. The first time you open Home, the app may also offer Enable Push Notifications.
With permission granted, turn alerts on and adjust the categories.
Cycle covers reminders for doses and exams, at the time set on the cycle. When it is off, only the phone alerts stop: they still appear in the bell list. Sharing tells you when someone accepts your invite and when someone lets you follow them.
On Android, a category may also be blocked in system settings. Use the category shortcut to review that setting when needed.
Tap the bell on Home to open notifications. A dot on the bell means there is something unread. Open an item to see its subject or respond to a follow request: View dose and View exam take you to the item on Home.
Some notices only appear in this list, without reaching your phone, such as Stock not deducted.
Receiving an alert does not log the dose or upload the report. A dose is logged on the use screen, and the exam file is uploaded on its day.
Check your phone’s permission, the All Notifications row and the category you want. On Android, also check the corresponding channel in system settings.
Yes. Open Settings → Notifications and use the permission option to request it again or open your phone’s settings.
