Terms of Use
Last updated: October 17, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Cyclolab (the “Service”), an application developed by Cyclolab. By creating an account or using the Service, you state that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By downloading the app, creating an account or using any feature of Cyclolab, you fully agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy available on our website. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Cyclolab is a personal organization app for recording and following cycles, compounds, protectors, post-cycle therapy (PCT), doses, schedules, injection sites, syringes, needles and stock, logging doses, keeping lab results and progress photos, building exam templates and receiving reminders.
The Service also lets you invite other people to follow your routine, seeing only what you allow (see section 6).
The Service is available for Android and iOS devices. You sign in with an account created with an e-mail address and password, or with a Google or Apple account. The Service requires an internet connection and your data is synced with our servers, as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Eligibility and account
The Service is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or over. By creating an account, you state that you are 18 or over and that the information you provide at sign-up (first name, last name, username, date of birth, gender and e-mail address) is true and up to date.
Your username (@username) and profile photo are public: other people can see them, for example when they receive your invite. Your e-mail stays private.
The account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your password and any linked Google or Apple accounts confidential, and for all activity on your account. If you detect unauthorized use, notify us immediately.
4. Permitted use and prohibited conduct
The content you record in the app (cycles, compounds, doses, lab results, photos and other data) is your sole responsibility. The Service is for personal use, and you agree not to:
- share your account with third parties or create accounts on behalf of other people;
- upload photos or documents of other people, or content you do not have the right to use;
- use invites, following or shared links to harass, expose or embarrass other people;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose not authorized by these Terms;
- attempt to access other users' systems, data or accounts, or circumvent the Service's security measures;
- use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service;
- reproduce, copy, sell or commercially exploit any part of the Service without express authorization.
5. Important health notice
Cyclolab is a tool for personally organizing and recording information about substances, protocols, dosages, applications and stock. The app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
Cyclolab does not prescribe medication, does not recommend substances, doses or protocols and does not replace guidance from health professionals. The information recorded is provided and managed by the user.
Decisions about your health, including the use of any substance, are your sole responsibility. Always consult a licensed health professional before, during and after any cycle.
6. Following and shared links
You can invite other people to follow your routine through an invite link. Nobody follows you without your approval: when you let someone in, you choose what they can see — dose logs, cycles, photos and lab results — and you can change those choices or end their access at any time in the app.
Followers can only view what you allowed: they cannot edit or log anything in your account. Following is not a care service, and Cyclolab does not verify the identity or professional qualifications of the people you invite. You are responsible for choosing who follows you; what that person does with the information they saw is their responsibility.
You can also share an exam template through a temporary link (1 to 24 hours). Anyone with the link can open the page while it is valid, without an account. You can end the link before it expires.
7. User content
You retain ownership of all content you record in the Service. By creating, uploading or storing content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to host, store, sync, process and display that content, solely to operate the Service for you and to show it to the people and through the links you authorize.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its design, brand, code, layouts and other elements of the Service are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to Cyclolab or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any rights in the Service to you, except the limited personal use license granted herein.
9. Availability of the Service
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.
Reminders and notifications depend on factors beyond our control (operating system permissions, connectivity, device settings) and must not be treated as the only means of remembering a dose or lab test. We are not liable for losses arising from failed notification delivery.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cyclolab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including, without limitation, losses related to health, to registered data or to decisions made based on app content.
11. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time directly in the app or by contacting us. Once it is deleted, your followers lose access and your shared links stop working; your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prejudice to other applicable measures.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page, with its update date. Continued use of the Service after changes are published implies agreement with the new version.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018). Any disputes shall be resolved before the Brazilian courts.
14. Contact
