Post a progress photo

Short answer

On Home, tap + and choose Progress photo. Take or pick the photo and tap Publish.

Where to find it

  1. Home
  2. +
  3. Progress photo

Step by step

  1. Take the photo or pick one from your gallery.
  2. Add a caption if you like.
  3. Tap Publish and watch the strip until the photo is published.

In detail

Open the camera from Home

On Home, tap + and choose Progress photo. The first time, your phone asks for camera access. If you decline, you can still choose a photo from the gallery; to allow the camera later, use Open Settings.

Take or choose the photo

In the camera, choose the frame (4:5 or square), the flash and, if you want, a 3- or 10-second timer. Use the switch camera button for the front camera.

Tap the center button to take the photo, or the gallery icon to choose one that is already on your phone.

Write the caption and publish

On the New photo screen, write a caption if you want and tap Publish. The screen closes and the upload continues in the strip above the bottom bar: “Publishing photo…”, then “Photo published”.

Without a connection, the photo is kept. Use Try again when the internet is back, or Discard.

See the photo’s cycle

The published photo appears in the Activity history. It is linked to the cycles active on the day it was taken; archived cycles are left out. Use Show this photo’s cycle to find out which day of the cycle it was taken on, for example “Day 12 of 70”, and Open cycle to view the configuration.

Delete a photo

In the post menu, choose Delete photo and confirm. The photo is deleted for good and leaves the history. This cannot be undone.

Something went wrong?

The photo does not say which day of the cycle it was taken on.

A photo is only linked to cycles that were active on its day. If no cycle was active, or if the cycle was deleted, the photo appears without a cycle.

The strip is stuck on Publishing photo.

Check your connection. If the app closes during the upload, it resumes on its own the next time you open it. If an error appears, use Try again.
