  2. stock card

In detail

Open the product details

Products, lots and stock have different roles: the product identifies the item, a lot holds a quantity entry, and stock shows the available balance.

In Health, open the category and tap the product. Its details include product information, the stock summary and added lots.

Products and supplies have their own stock. Check the syringes and needles used in your plan too.

See when each product runs out

On Home, the stock card sums up the situation: products out of stock, expired, expiring soon or low on stock. Tap it to open Stock overview.

Stock overview compares your balance with what is planned in your cycles for the next 6 months. Use the All, Running out and Covered tabs. Products are grouped by when they run out: this week, this month, later, covered or with no scheduled use.

Tap a product to see recent use with the forecast, how much is left to buy, the packages in use and unopened, the next expiry date and use per month and per cycle. From there, Add to stock records a purchase and View product opens the product record.

Record a purchase

In the product details, tap Add in the Stock section. Enter the quantity and price. For oral products, needles and syringes, also enter the units per pack. Complete the batch and expiry fields when they appear.

Tap Add stock and check the balance in the product details. The purchase goes into the existing record as a new lot.

Check or delete a lot

Tap a lot to check its details. A saved lot is not edited: if something was entered incorrectly, delete the lot and add it again.

A lot that has already been consumed cannot be deleted, to preserve the records. In that case, the app shows the Lot in use notice or refuses the deletion with a message.

Understand when the balance changes

Consumption is updated from registered uses. Creating a plan does not consume stock; neither does starting or pausing a timer.

After confirming a dose or finishing an application, wait for confirmation and refresh the product details. The balance update may take a few moments.

If there is not enough stock, the use is still registered, but stock is not deducted. You get a Stock not deducted notice in the notification list, with a View stock shortcut.

Something went wrong?

I logged a use, but the balance hasn’t changed.

Confirm that the use was registered, wait a few moments and refresh the product screen. Check your notifications too: a Stock not deducted notice means there was not enough stock. If the difference persists, contact us with the screen name and the time of the record.

Does adding a product to a cycle deduct stock?

No. The cycle stores the plan. Consumption is processed from registered uses. The plan only feeds the Stock overview forecast.

I added a lot with the wrong quantity.

If the lot has not been consumed yet, delete it and add it again with the right details. A lot that has already been consumed cannot be deleted.
