Start and finish an application

Short answer

Open the application on the day card, tap Start application and, when you’re done, Finish. The use is only logged when you finish.

Where to find it

  1. Home
  2. Activity
  3. application

Step by step

  1. Open the application on the day card.
  2. Tap Start application.
  3. Use Pause and Resume if you need to.
  4. Tap Finish and wait for it to be logged.

In detail

Open the application details

In the app, an application is a planned injectable use with a volume, route, site and supplies. The timer saves the session’s duration; starting it does not yet confirm the use.

In Home → Activity, open the planned application in the day card, or tap the dose alert. Check the product, volume, time, site and supplies saved in your plan.

When logging is available, tap Start application. The timer starts counting.

Pause or resume the timer

Use Pause to stop counting and Resume to continue. Paused time is excluded from the recorded duration.

The session is saved on this device: leaving the screen or reopening the app preserves it. It does not transfer to another phone.

While the application is in progress, a floating timer stays visible throughout the app. Drag it to another corner if it gets in the way, and tap it to return to the application.

Finish and wait for confirmation

Tap Finish when done. The app stops the timer and sends the start, finish and duration with the application record.

Starting or pausing does not log a use or deduct stock. The stock update is triggered when completion is registered.

Discard a session started by mistake

While the application is running or paused, use Discard application and confirm. This removes the timer without logging a use.

After requesting completion, this option is no longer available: the record may already have been received even if the response did not reach the app.

Something went wrong?

Does the timer continue if I leave the screen?

Yes. The start and pauses are saved locally. When you return, the app restores the session’s time on the same device.

The application finished after midnight.

Logging eligibility is checked at the time the application started. Crossing midnight during a session started within the allowed window does not prevent completion.

An older record has no duration.

Records made before the timer was introduced may not include a duration or completion time.
